Are you one of these persons who struggle to get up in the morning and hate going back to work on Mondays after a nice weekend ? I used to be like that, but I changed and now I actually enjoy monday mornings. I really do.
Does this conversation sound familiar to you? "hello, how are you this morning? Oh, you know, like a Monday Morning".

This is the Monday case. People complaining that the weekend is over: they have to go back to work, and, oh well, only five days and it's the weekend again.
But how many times have you said it yourself automatically, without really thinking about it; just out of habits, or, dare I say it, out of fashion ?
True the weekend is over and you have to go back to work. But if you really hate it that much, there might be something wrong with your job.
I have a different perspective on Monday mornings. Monday morning is the beginning of a new week, a nice clean page on which I am free to write whatever I want. A full week of work full of opportunities to do great things. It's up to me to organize my time in the best way possible so that I can squeeze as much result as possible out of the week. So Monday mornings are for planning.
What am I doing this week? What is my priority? How do I get started?
But the truth is, I wasn't always thinking this way, so let me show you what helped me gain this clarity and shift my mindset.
Do you want to know my secret for loving Monday Morning?
My secret is called Morning Coach.
Morning Coach is a self-development, motivational program, but I can't really call it a program, it sounds too mechanical, or impersonal, so let me describe what it is in my own terms.
As a member of Morning Coach, I get to listen to a great podcast every morning. And for these of you who don't know what a podcast is, it's like a radio show, but instead of listening to it on your radio at a fixed time, it's available online and you can download it and listen to it whenever you want.
The podcast is hosted by J.B. Glossinger, the founder of Morning Coach and lasts between 15 and 20 minutes. J.B. usually sets a topic for the week and then breaks it down further each day:
- Monday: general introduction
- Tuesday: personal development
- Wednesday: Metaphysics
- Thursday: Business
- Friday: Prosperity
The brilliance behind the podcast is of course J.B.'s enthusiasm and knowledge. He's got so much energy that it spreads to you automatically. And what makes Morning Coach work as a tool for improving yourself is the consistency: there is a podcast every day, Monday to Friday. As I am writing this post, we are at episode 1638, so you can picture how long this has been going on.
And the cherry on the cake is the community built by Morning Coach. All the members have a place on Facebook where we can connect and talk together, share our pains or successes and support each other in whatever we are going through. And it is really nice to be part of a community of so many positive people.
Do you want to know more?
I am loving this program and this community so much that I am happy to refer anyone to it. In fact, I was interviewed by J.B. for one of their Members Spotlights, so have a look at the video:

And finally, head over to Morning Coach and give it a try for a week. I guarantee you'll love it!
